Kyrgyz ambassador to Russia stresses need to expand interregional cultural ties between countries

Bishkek, March 16, 2021. / Kabar /. Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Russia Gulnara-Klara Samat met on Friday with General Director of the Social and Cultural Initiatives Foundation Dmitry Solovyov​. The Kyrgyz Embassy in Russia said that during the meeting, the Kyrgyz sides got acquainted with the main projects of the Fund, which include the All-Russian holiday Day of Family, Love and Fidelity, the White Rose project, Radiant Angel International Charity Film Festival, the Russian Ballet All-Russian competition of ballet dancers. The Russian side reported that the Social and Cultural Initiatives Foundation, whose president is Svetlana Medvedeva, is active in the field of social and cultural policy aimed at the spiritual and moral revival, preservation and development of national traditions of Russian society, as well as strengthening humanitarian cooperation in Russia. Gulnara-Klara Samat expressed the importance of intensifying contacts and expanding and strengthening interregional and international cultural ties between the countries.
