Kyrgyz president arrives in Uzbekistan

Bishkek, March 11, 2021 . / Kabar / . Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov has arrived on Thursday in Uzbekistan for a state visit, his press service reported. At the Tashkent International Airport named after Islam Karimov, the Kyrgyz leader was met by Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov. The state flags of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan were hung on the flagpoles of Tashkent International Airport, a carpet was laid out, and a guard of honor was lined up. Within the framework of the visit, Zhaparov will hold bilateral talks with President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev. The heads of state will discuss topical issues of bilateral and multilateral cooperation, as well as prospects for further development and building effective interaction. During the visit, it is also planned to hold bilateral meetings between President Sadyr Zhaparov and Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis Tanzila Narbaeva, Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis Nurdinjon Ismoilov and Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov.
