PM Maripov suggests considering opening direct flight between Kyrgyzstan and Saudi Arabia

Bishkek, March 5, 2021 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan’s Prime Minister Ulukbek Maripov received on Thursday Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Kyrgyzstan Abdulrahman bin Saeed Al-Juma. The press service of the Kyrgyz Government reported that the meeting took place on the occasion of completion of the ambassador’s diplomatic mission in Kyrgyzstan. During the meeting, the sides discussed a wide range of bilateral cooperation issues, including implementation of joint investment and infrastructure projects in Kyrgyzstan. The head of the Kyrgyz government proposed to consider the possibility of opening a direct flight between Kyrgyzstan and Saudi Arabia. There was an exchange of views on the organization of trade fairs in Saudi Arabia in order to organize participation of domestic companies in exporting products and attract investment to the Kyrgyz Republic. In turn, Abdulrahman bin Saeed Al-Juma expressed readiness to intensify projects in all priority areas. PM Maripov thanked the ambassador for his personal contribution to the development of bilateral cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and Saudi Arabia.
