Kyrgyzstan reports 44 new COVID-19 cases

Bishkek, Feb. 22, 2021 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan reported 44 new COVID-19 cases on Monday , raising the total infections to 85,929 nationwide. According to data of the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19, 41 more recoveries were registered over the past day, taking the count to 82,803. The pandemic has so far claimed 1,458 lives in Kyrgyzstan since March 18. Currently, 409 coronavirus patients are receiving treatment in hospitals throughout the country, with 23 of them in critical condition. Another 322 patients are receiving treatment at home. 1,939 tests for the virus have been carried out in the country over the past day.
