At the request of the Russian Federation, they must have a certificate from the place of work from the receiving party. In addition, the inviting company must draw up a list of future employees, which is certified by the FSB of the Russian Federation and the operational headquarters of Russia to combat COVID-19, and if this person is on this list, then the airline will let him on board the aircraft,” Sharsheev said.
