Tokayev congratulates Zhaparov on victory in Kyrgyzstan’s presidential elections

Bishkek, Jan. 11, 2021. /Kabar/. President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev extended congratulatory message to Sadyr Zhaparov over his preliminary victory in the presidential elections of the Kyrgyz Republic. According to the HQ of candidate Zhaparov, in a telephone conversation held on Monday the Kazakh leader noted the results of the presidential elections show the high percentage of trust of the people of Kyrgyzstan. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev wished Sadyr Zhaparov success in future state activities and invited him to visit Kazakhstan after his official entry into office as president of the Kyrgyz Republic. Zhaparov expressed gratitude to the Kazakhstani president for his congratulations and accepted his offer to visit the republic as the head of state for one of his first foreign visits. In turn, he also congratulated Tokayev on the success of the parliamentary elections in Kazakhstan.
