Iran, Vietnam banks sign deal
Iran’s Export Development Bank and Vietnamese Vietin Bank signed a letter of understanding to promote commercial ties and using each other’s banking capacities.
Based on the agreement, the two sides agreed to finance the project to develop a 48 megawatt power plant in Vietnam, which is to be implemented by the Iranian experts.
The deal signed by the managing directors of Export Development Bank, Kourosh Parvizian and Vietin Bank Fam Hoi Hong seeks to facilitate opening letter of credit and other banking operations.
