Baku, December 21, AZERTAC President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received National Security Advisor of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Hamdullah Mohib and Chief of Staff to the Afghan President Mohammad Shaker Kargar.
