Kyrgyzstan reports 295 news COVID-19 cases, 4 deaths

Bishkek, Dec. 8, 2020 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan reported on Tuesday 295 new COVID-19 cases, raising the tally of infections to 75,690. Head of the Public Health Department of the Health Ministry Ainura Akmatova said that among the new cases 6 are medical workers, bringing the total number of contracted medical workers to 3,986. The number of recoveries from the coronavirus in Kyrgyzstan increased to 67,873 after 473 more were added. 4 new deaths are reported over the last 24 hours, bringing the death toll to 1,301. Akmatova said that 3,286 PCR tests were conducted in the last 24 hours. Currently, 2,426 patients are receiving treatment in hospitals throughout the country and 3,256 patients - at home.
