Dr. Sarah Al-Otaibi, Saudi National, Wins Women Leader Award 2020

Riyadh, Oct. 26, 2020, SPA -- Director of the Women's Makkah branch of the Institute of Public Administration Dr. Sarah Al-Otaibi won the Women Leader of the Year Award 2020, at the level of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states, during the GOV HR Summit, held in Dubai, it was announced here today. Dr. Al-Otaibi expressed pride to have achieved this honor, which comes as a result of unlimited support for the Saudi women from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and HRH Crown Prince. --SPA
