Kyrgyzstan confirms 47 new COVID-19 cases

Bishkek, Sept. 14, 2020 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan on Monday reported 44,928 COVID-19 cases after 47 new cases of infection were detected in the previous day. Head of the public health care department of the Health Ministry Ainura Akmatova told at a news briefing that out of the new cases 5 are medical workers, raising the tally of contracted medical workers to 3,172. 101 patients have recovered over the past day from the virus, in total 41,023 have recovered so far. Currently, 507 COVID-19 patients are still in hospitals throughout the country and 1,903 patients are receiving treatment at home. The death toll in the country stands at 1,063, no death was reported from the virus in the previous 24 hours.
