Kyrgyzstan’s PM on gradual resumption of flights with Russia

Bishkek, Sept. 8, 2020 /Kabar/. During a briefing at the Government House, Kyrgyzstan’s PM Kubatbek Boronov told about the gradual resumption of flights with Russia. "Since early September, 20 flights have been operated with Russia, and on Aug. 21 Kyrgyzstan opened its doors to 32 countries," he said. Boronov also pointed out that not all Kyrgyzstanis are currently allowed to enter Russia. Entry is free only for: - Russian citizens; - Those who have close relatives in Russia (children, spouse, parents); - Those in need of medical care; - In case of death of close relatives; - People caring for the patient; - Sportsmen, etc. "Other citizens are not allowed to enter, but these restrictions will soon be lifted. Negotiations on the departure of students to Russia are under way. Russia is developing algorithms for the admission of students, according to which students must comply with the norms of isolation,” the head of the government noted.
