Kyrgyzstan reports 60 new COVID – 19 cases

Bishkek, Sept. 1, 2020 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan reported on Tuesday 60 new COVID-19 cases, 43,958 in total. Deputy Minister of Health of the country Nurbolot Usenbaev told at a news briefing that among the newly infected 3 are medical workers. Thus, the total number of contracted medical workers is 3,136, including 2,483 recoveries. At the same time, Usenbaev said another 190 people have recovered past day and discharged from hospitals, taking the total number recoveries to 38,649. Currently, 704 COVID-19 patients are still in hospitals throughout the country and 4,856 patients are receiving treatment at home. Meanwhile, one virus related death has been registered in the past day, raising the death toll to 1,060.
