Constitutional Court of Mongolia to chair AACC from 2021

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The representatives of over 30 countries including Mongolia and more than 100 international organizations participated in the online Congress of the Association of Asian Constitutional Courts and Equivalent Institutions (AACC) organized by the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan on August 26-27. The participants made reports and had discussions during the fourth AACC Congress ‘The XXI Century Constitution – The Rule of Law, The Value of Person and The Effectiveness of the State’. Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia N.Chinbat delivered a report on ‘The Constitution of Mongolia in the XXI century’. Mr. N.Chinbat and Secretary General of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia D.Bayanbileg attended the Meeting of the Eurasian Association of Constitutional Review Bodies, Meeting of the Secretaries General, and the board meeting. Moreover, as decided during the event, Mongolia will be the AACC President from 2021.
