Kyrgyzstan registers 304 new COVID-19 cases

Bishkek, Aug. 14, 2020 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan registered 304 new COVID-19 cases on Friday, raising the tally of infections to 41,373. The Republican headquarters on COVID-19 said that 101 of the new cases are laboratory confirmed and 203 are clinically confirmed cases. Of the total number of COVID-19 cases, 17,887 are laboratory-confirmed cases and 23,486 are clinically-confirmed cases. Among the new cases 15 are medical workers, bringing the total number of contracted medical workers to 3,006, including 2,288 recoveries. The headquarters also reported 304 recoveries in the last 24 hours period, bringing the total recoveries to 33,622. Meanwhile, 4 virus-related deaths have been registered over the past day, thus tally climbed to 1,491.
