Kyrgyzstan's recoveries from coronavirus surpass 13,100

Another 781 Kyrgyz citizens have recovered from coronavirus, as well as community acquired pneumonia in the past day, the press service of the Republican Headquarters for Preventing Import and Further Spread of Coronavirus said Monday. Thus, a total of 13, 109 cases of recovery have been registered in Kyrgyzstan. As of July 20, the republic reported 611 new COVID-19 cases, raising the total number of infections to 27,143. Also, 34 more virus-related deaths were registered, bringing the total number of fatalities to 1,037. On July 17, Kyrgyzstan combined statistics on laboratory confirmed coronavirus and community - acquired pneumonia after the World Health Organization (WHO) provided two codes: U07.1 (COVID-19 confirmed by laboratory testing) and U07.2 (clinical or epidemiological diagnosis of COVID-19).
