Kyrgyzstanis in Europe to conduct online consultations with medics from Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, July 17, 2020. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstanis residing in Europe have launched a project to hold online consultations with Kyrgyz medical professionals, authors of the project - an initiative group of doctors from Europe, the Kyrgyz-German IT-community, KyrgyzNetwork and Kyrgyz Club in Germany said. The joint project of doctors (from Germany, Austria, Russia, as well as other European countries) and IT-specialists from Germany in providing online consultations to support colleagues and the population in Kyrgyzstan in the fight against coronavirus will start soon, the report says. "To fully implement this project, we need to connect more doctors from all over the world, and we also need volunteers and paramedical staff. We ask maximum repost to doctors and nurses/ brothers who are abroad and can join the project and thus contribute to the fight against coronavirus in Kyrgyzstan," the authors wrote. The project's objectives: - to conduct daily consultations with doctors in Kyrgyzstan, discuss the treatment of specific patients and share their international experience; - to conduct daily online consultations with people who cannot get to the hospital or doctors and who are receiving treatment at home. This is necessary to prevent complications from self-treatment; - to hold webinars on the treatment of COVID patients; - useful information, links and videos will be provided at single website.
