23 medical workers voluntarily flew to Kyrgyzstan from Russia

Bishkek, July 6, 2020 / Kabar /. 23 medical workers voluntarily flew to Kyrgyzstan from Russia to help compatriots, Deputy Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic Mademin Karataev told at a news briefing. "23 medical workers from Russia voluntarily arrived in the country. They are those who studied here and work in Russia, but could not calmly look at what is happening in the country and decided to help their compatriots," Karataev said. He also noted that the situation in the country related to coronavirus remains difficult. The number of sick citizens is growing and there is a shortage of oxygen concentrators, which are needed for patients with community-acquired pneumonia. In addition, the deputy minister noted that a block is being opened that will create an additional 200 new places.
