ADA, US UNIVERSITIES EXPAND COOPERATION
Washington, 22 April (AzerTAc). A series of lectures related to Azerbaijan were conducted in the Universities of California, USA. The lectures were organized by Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy (ADA) and the Consulate General of Azerbaijan in Los Angeles.
Fariz Ismayilzade, representative of ADA delivered lectures in the Chapman, Pepperdine and Los Angeles Universities, dealing with Azerbaijan`s role in global energy security and the latest geo-political situation in the South Caucasus region.
The lecturer answered numerous questions of the attendees on development of USA-Azerbaijan relations in the period of President Barack Obama and the active role Azerbaijan plays in the global antiterrorist struggle.
ADA representative had also several meetings concerning establishment of cooperation ties with the California Universities.
