COVID-19: One more death registered in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, June 18, 2020. /Kabar/. In Alai region (Osh Oblast), a man, 73, died of coronavirus, Deputy Health Minister Nurbolot Usenbayev told Thursday. The man had acute respiratory failure and complicated double pneumonia. "Despite the treatment and resuscitation, he died," Usenbayev added. Thus, nationwide death toll has reached 31. Kyrgyzstan on Thursday confirmed 95 new COVID-19 cases, raising the total to 2,657. 509 of these are cases among medical workers. 1,933 people in the country have been discharged from hospitals after recovery, including 373 medics.
