HEAD OF THE HEYDAR ALIYEV FOUNDATION’S REPRESENTATION IN RUSSIA GIVE INTERVIEW TO VESTI TV CHANNEL

Baku, 20 April (AzerTAc). Leyla Aliyeva, Head of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s Representation in Russia, editor-in-chief of the Moscow-based “Baku” magazine gave an interview to the Russian “Vesti” TV channel. Asked to comment on the Foundation’s purposes, Leyla Aliyeva told about the wide-ranging activities of this organization, and major tasks of the Azerbaijan Youth Organization of Russia, founded on her initiative. According to Aliyeva, the purpose of the Azerbaijan Youth Organization of Russia is to unite Azerbaijani youth, living in Russia and promote its integration into the Russian society. The propaganda of Azerbaijani culture is another target of the organization. Dwelling on “Baku” magazine, Leyla Aliyeva said it is conceived for broad and varied reading audience and covers Azerbaijani history, culture and news.
