Davoudi: Iran`s cooperation with Asian countries will develop

Vice Presdient Parviz Davoudi here on Friday gave word of expanding
cooperation between Iran and Asian countries.

Upon his arrival in Xenia Airport, Davoudi told Chinese reporters that
given Iran?s foreign policy regarding the East, its cooperation with
the Asian countries will develop.

The official, who is in China to take part at The Boao Forum for Asia
(BFA) Annual Conference 2009 with the theme "Asia: Managing Beyond
Crisis", added that he will present proposals on the Asian countries?
financial and monetary policies during the event.

He will also speak about the ways to do away with the current
financial crisis facing the world.

Finance Minister Seyyed Shamsaddin Hosseini, who is accompanying
Davoudi, also said that Iran is one of the founders of Boao Forum and
will give proposals on getting rid of global financial crisis.

Boao Forum will officially open on Saturday with a speech by the
Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao.

The event is to be attended by more than 1,600 leaders, senior
officials and experts from 40 countries.
