BAKU HOSTS INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON TRANSPORT TECHNOLOGIES
Baku, 17 April (AzerTAc). The International conference “Transport problems, new technologies” has kicked off here at the Azerbaijan Technical University. The conference is aimed at developing international transport system, ensuring the mastering of scientific and technological developments of different countries in the field of transport. The two-day conference will feature 30 reports on following themes: “Problems and trends in development of contemporary transport system”, “Contemporary transportation management”, “Technical maintenance”, “Traffic management” and “Ecological safety problem”. Scientists and experts from Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Georgia also submitted their reports for the conference via e-mail.
Other highlights of the day include reports on themes “Positive results of implementing the TRACECA and Europe-Caucasus-Asia transport corridor functionality”, “Problems of traffic safety and the ways forward the automobilization in Azerbaijan” and “Different aspects of systematology of transport infrastructure development”.
