AZERI FM MEETS IRAQI MINISTER OF TOURISM AND ANTIQUITIES
Baku, April 15 (AzerTAc). Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov today met with Iraqi Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Qahtan Abbas al-Juburi.
The sides expressed satisfaction at “the high-level relationship between Azerbaijan and Iraq.”
They also underlined the necessity of expanding bilateral cooperation in all spheres, including tourism even more.
Qahtan Abbas al-Juburi thanked Azerbaijan for supporting Iraq in strengthening the country`s sovereignty and establishing stability.
The Minister said he “wishes to see in his country more Azerbaijani pilgrims and tourists.”
Mammadyarov noted the fact that stability in the region increases contributes to developing the tourism sector.
He wished the Iraqi government and people peace and prosperity.
