AZERI DEFENSE MINISTER VISITS JORDAN
Baku, April 15 (AzerTAc). Defense Minister of Azerbaijan Safar Abiyev and his accompanying delegation visited Jordan on April 13-15 for an official visit.
During the visit, Abiyev met with Jordan Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Nader Dahabi to discuss current state of bilateral cooperation including military one, as well as regional security issues.
They noted the two countries` leaders made significant contribution to developing bilateral ties.
Abiyev also met with Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Jordan Armed Forces Khalid Sarayreh.
As part of the visit, the Azerbaijani Minister also familiarized himself with the country`s exemplary military units.
