AZERBAIJAN PRESIDENT APPOINTS AMBASSADOR TO UNITED MEXICAN STATES

Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev has appointed Ilgar Yusif oglu Mukhtarov the country`s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the United Mexican States.
