Iraq, Iran Discuss The Latest Developments On The Regional And International Levels

Baghdad / NINA /- Foreign Minister Muhammad Ali al-Hakim met, today, Sunday, Iran's ambassador to Baghdad, Iraj Masjedi. The two sides discussed, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs statement, "bilateral relations and ways of strengthening them in a way that serves the interests of the two friendly peoples." They also discussed "developments in the situation at the regional and international levels, and the two sides exchanged visions and ideas on the crises facing the countries of the region, and the necessity of carrying out peaceful solutions in a manner that establishes the pillars of stability and achieves security."/ End
