Belarus foreign minister arrives

Hanoi (VNA) - Deputy Foreign Minister of Belarus Sergei Aleinik met with his
Vietnamese counterpart Nguyen Quoc Cuong on April 7 in the capital.

Aleinik is on an official visit to Vietnam from April 7-9.

Measures to boost the bilateral relationship between the two countries and the two
ministries were discussed. Consequences of the global financial crisis in each
country and its solutions were also on the agenda.

Cuong informed Aleinik that Vietnamese National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Phu Trong
will visit Belarus from April 29-30.-Enditem
