ATIB AND OECD SIGN LONG-TERM AGREEMENT ON COOPERATION

Baku, April 7 (AzerTAc). Kanan Aslanli, the head of the Project & Research Department of the Azerbaijan-Turkish Business Association (ATIB), participated in the Organization of Economic Co-operation & Development (OECD) ministerial conference in Paris to approve the “Ukraine and South Caucasus Initiative”. The meeting was held under the OECD`s “Eurasia Competitiveness Program”.
The conference aimed to improve business and investment climate in the South Caucasus and Ukraine (Moldova is an observer), increase foreign investment flows, and strengthen co-operation in this field among government agencies, private sector, regional economic organizations, international donors.
Mr. K.Aslanli met with Fadi Farra, the head of the OECD Eurasia Competitiveness Program, the parties agreed for ATIB-OECD long-term co-operation on the initiative and ATIB participation in the regional working groups.
