Vietnam advocates six-party talks on DPRK nuclear issue

nuclear energy and technology and nuclear disarmament are three important and
mutually reinforcing pillars of the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT).

He stressed Viet Nam 's viewpoint on nuclear issues, including the DPRK issue,
is guided by this fundamental principled position.
