Speaker of Turkish Grand National Assembly pays call on President

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of the Republic of Turkey Mustafa Sentop on July 29 paid a courtesy call on President of Mongolia Kh.Battulga. Extending a warm welcome to the delegation, President Kh.Battulga stressed that the visit has a great significance in the ‘comprehensive partnership’ relations and cooperation between Mongolia and Turkey. The President also noted the importance of paying attention to the further development of bilateral trade and economic relations besides cooperating in politics, defense, culture, education and other sectors. In particular, he expressed Mongolia's interest to collaborate with Turkey in introducing advanced leather processing technologies and boosting tourism. H.E. Mr. Mustafa Sentop gratefully accepted the President’s proposal, underlining the country's possibility of jointly exporting products to Europe besides sharing experience in wool, cashmere, and leather production and tourism. Saying it is important to carry out concrete works in celebration of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Turkey, President Kh.Battulga wished success for their official visit in conclusion of the meeting.
