‘OFFICIAL MOSCOW INTERESTED IN BOOSTING TRANSPORT COOPERATION AMONG CASPIAN LITTORAL STATES’
Baku, April 3 (AzerTAc). Official Moscow is interested in developing transport cooperation among Caspian littoral states, said Russian transport minister Igor Levitin.
He said work is underway to strengthen intergovernmental harbor control and boost sea trade within the Caspian basin.
Levitin also touched upon the importance of the North-South international transport corridor, saying “it contributes to developing transport system not only in Russia, Azerbaijan and Iran but also in other countries of the region”.
