Chartthaipattana Party Joins PPRP-led Coalition Plan

BANGKOK, May 31 (TNA) - Chartthaipattana party agreed to join the formation of the Palang Pracharat – led coalition government in the party’s executive meeting on Friday. Chartthaipattana Party spokesman, Yutthapol Angkinan said that it was a unanimous decision. The Palang Pracharat party insisted that it accepted the Chartthaipattana party’s policies to work together for the country’s development. Regarding the prime ministerial vote, he said the party will vote for the prime minister candidate, proposed by the Palang Pracharat party as it is political etiquette. The spokesman said the party has not yet selected the party members, who will take the cabinet seats but according to the party’s rule, the party leader will make the decision later. The Chartthaipattana party’ decision came after the official invitation of the Palang Pracharat party yesterday. The Palang Pracharat party has negotiated with many parties in an attempt to form a majority coalition government. (TNA)
