Reigning F1 champ Hamilton does it tough

Reigning world champion Lewis Hamilton continues to struggle for pace, while Mark
Webber has turned in a strong showing during practice for the season-opening
Australian Formula One Grand Prix.
Hamilton's McLaren struggled in both practice sessions in Melbourne on Friday,
limping to 16th and 18th in the 20-car field.
But Australian Webber's Red Bull car clicked up a gear in the second session as he
powered to the fourth quickest time behind Williams driver Nico Rosberg.
Rosberg was a huge surprise packet, clocking the fastest times in both practice
sessions.
Brawn GP duo Rubens Barrichello and pre-race favourite Jenson Button were also quick.
Barrichello was fourth and second in the two sessions, outpacing Button who finished
inside the top six in both practice hitouts.
Their impressive performances for the team born from the ashes of Honda have buoyed
hopes the fledgling Brawn outfit can hit the ground running this season.
A third practice session and qualifying are scheduled for Saturday, with the
season-opening race on Sunday.
