Finance Minister, Turkish Ambassador Discuss Trade Exchange And Strengthening Economic Relations

Baghdad, (NINA) -The Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs and Finance Minister Fouad Hussein discussed with Turkish Ambassador Fatih Yildiz the joint relations between the two countries, especially in the fields of trade exchange and means of boosting economic relations between the two countries. "Iraq welcomes the support of neighboring Turkey by contributing to the reconstruction of cities and according to the priorities of the government and its program," Hussein said according to his press office. For his part, Yildiz stressed his country's readiness to participate in the reconstruction and construction campaigns based on the decision at the Kuwait Conference through several strategic projects related to the infrastructure of several important projects, as well as projects for water regulation, irrigation and others. Yildiz gave an invitation to Fuad Hussein to attend the forum on trade and investment for Turkish companies, which will be held in Baghdad soon.
