Means to protect archeological sites in al-Jawf discussed

AL-JAWF, March 23 (Saba)- Governor of al-Jawf Hussein Hazeb held talks here on
Monday with the UNESCO's exploration team on the means of protecting the
archeological sites in the governorate.

The two sides discussed the means of repairing and restructuring the archaeological
city "al-Sawad", in al- Masloup distract in al-Jawf, and discussed the facilities to
establish a museum in the governorate.

Hazeb affirmed the importance of protecting the archeological sites in the
governorate and develop the processes of protecting these sites.

For his part, the general manager of al-Masloup distract Adel al-Zarei reviewed the
archeological storage and pieces of the city that need more repair and protection.
