Yemen, Int'l organizations review steps to reconstruct Saada

SANA'A, March 22 (Saba) - Yemen and some international organizations
reviewed here on Sunday steps made by the organizations to identify
needs to reconstruct Saada governorate.

Foreign Minister Abu Bakr al-Qirbi held talks with UNDP's
Resident-Coordinator Pratibah Mehta along with representatives of
United Nation High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) and United Nation
Children's Fund (UNICEF) on coordination efforts among the UN
organizations, government bodies and related local authorities in
this regard.

Al-Qirbi affirmed the importance of speeding up the reconstruction
process and alleviating the suffering of inhabitants of Saada
governorate, voicing the readiness of governmental, local and
security bodies to help the international organizations in achieving
their missions there.

On the other hand, the UN organizations' representatives thanked
Yemen for the brave role of the Yemeni coastguards who rescuing some
Somali refugees their boat has sunk off Aden coasts.
