Agreement of doing studies for water project in Socatra signed

MUKALLA, March 22 (Saba)-An agreement of preparing a studies over a
water and sanitation project for Hodibo and Qalnsi cities in Socatra
archipelago of Hadramout governorate at around half million Europe
funded by the government.

The agreement was singed by director of Water and Sanitation Local
Corporation in the governorate Awad al-Qanzil and representative of
the Dutch Euro Consultation Motoa Cadanold company - the executive
company for the studies.

Under the agreement, the company would prepare a study over water
resources in the two cities and a study for the sanitation system
and station of waste treatment.

The project would be carried out after doing the studies which last
for 14 months.

Some 12,300 citizens of the archipelago would benefit from the
project.
