Bahrain's Deputy Premier receives HH Shaikh Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa

Manama, Dec. 11 (BNA): Deputy Prime Minister His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa today received His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa, Chairman of Bahrain Basketball Association and Honorary President of Good Word Society. HH Shaikh Isa presented to the Deputy Premier the report of the "HH Shaikh Isa Bin Ali Al Khalifa Award for Voluntary Work", aimed to promote and spread voluntary work in the Arab countries. The award honors veteran volunteers and propagates the spirit of competitiveness in the field of humanitarian work, in collaboration with regional and international organisations. HH Shaikh Mohammed praised the efforts of HH Shaikh Isa and the role of his award and the award officials. His Highness stressed the humanitarian value of voluntary work as the main pillar of inter-community solidarity and humanitarian efforts, wishing His Highness and the award all success.
