POS MALAYSIA TO ISSUE STAMPS FEATURING WEDDING ATTIRE

KUALA LUMPUR, March 20 (Bernama) -- Pos Malaysia Berhad will issue special
stamps and first day covers featuring traditional wedding attire on Monday.

Pos Malaysia business development and philately marketing manager Yasmin
Ramli said the stamp, which is the company's third collection this year, is
aimed at giving members of the public the opportunity to know the Malaysian arts
and cultural heritage.

Speaking at a news conference here, Yasmin said, the first day covers are
sold at 30 sen each while the first day covers and stamps at RM2.80 each and
stamp books at RM3 each.

"Collectors can also purchase the folders at RM5.50 each and the complete
set at RM21.30 each in selected post offices," she said. (US$1=RM3.66)
