President of HRC meets with U.S. charge d'affaires

Riyadh, March 19, SPA -- President of Human Rights Commission (HRC)
Dr. Bandar bin Mohammed Al-Aiban received here today, the charge
d'affaires at the Embassy of the United States of America in the
Kingdom David Rindel and the accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, Dr. Al-Aiban welcomed the delegation of the
U.S. embassy and gave an account of the HRC's duties and
responsibilities, stressing the keenness of the Custodian of the Two
Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and his wise
government on the rights of citizens and expatriates alike.
For his part, Rindel congratulated Dr. Al-Aiban on assuming
the presidency of the HRC, hailing the ongoing development the
Kingdom witnesses in various fields.
