AFZ signs contract with Venisia Company to set up tourist project

ADEN, March 18 (Saba)- Aden Free Zone (AFZ) and Venisia Company
for Real Estate and Tourism Development signed on Wednesday a
renting contract for area of 29,634 m² in the zone to set up a
tourist project at sum of $ 7.1 million.

Under the contract, the company would set up the project with all
facilities such as parks and restaurants.

The contract was signed by the chairman of the zone Abdul-Jaleel
al-Showibi and board chairman of the company Mansor al-Horibi.

The project comes within efforts of the administration of zone to
attract investments of the private sector.
