These objectives also cover encouraging partnership and cooperation
between public and private sectors in the areas of E-Learning And
E-Training development and Distance Learning; Introducing modern
trends in teaching approaches and applications in E-Learning and
latest methods of Learning.

As many as 42 scientific papers will be presented in 19 sessions.
These papers will focus on seven main themes: Contemporary
international variables and their impact on E-learning; the
E-Learning environment in the era of globalization and
knowledge-based economy; prerequisites for designing and implementing
E-Learning and Distance Learning Programs, the processes of teaching,
learning and designing of electronic curricula, e-learning and people
with special needs, Quality and evaluation and International
experiences in E-learning and distance learning.
