S. KOREA to fund new projects in Yemen at $ 100 mln, says official
SANA'A, March 16 (Saba)-South Korea has voiced concern to enhance
its cooperation ties with Yemen to cover different fields, Director
of the International Cooperation with Asia and Australia at ministry
of planning and international cooperation Amr Abdul Aziz told Saba.
Abdul-Aziz made it clear that the consultation meeting held during
two days ago between Yemeni and South Korean governments resulted to
agreements which would enhance cooperation between the two countries.
He added that the South Korea agreed to fund development projects in
Yemen for coming four years at amount of $ 100 million.
He pointed out to the positive results of the recent visit of
President Ali Abdullah Saleh to South Korea, which opened wide
horizons of cooperation between the two countries.
