Interior ministry: dangerous al-Qaeda element arrested

SANA'A, March 15 (Saba)- Ministry of Interior announced on Sunday
arrest of a wanted element of al-Qaeda in Taiz governorate.

A source at the ministry told Saba that the security authority
arrested Abdullah al-Harbi- a Saudi citizen- who is wanted by the
Yemeni and Saudi authorities and he is in the list of wanted persons
published by the ministry.

The source praised success of the security bodies in the governorate
to arrest the element, saying that the bodies are investigating with
him.

The source described the al-Harbi as dangerous al-Qaeda element.

On the other hand, the source said that al-Khadar al-Jodib and other
al-Qaeda elements in Abyan governorate handed themselves over to the
security bodies in the governorate.
