Prime Minister U.Khurelsukh addresses at the General Debate of UNGA

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/ On September 28, Prime Minister U.Khurelsukh addressed at the General Debate of the 73rd Session of General Assembly of the United Nations in New York, the USA. In his address, he emphasized, “Mongolia always has straight position that any conflict should be resolved peacefully through dialogue. …We always supported initiatives and activities of other countries for peace and security and is striving to be responsible member of the United Nations. …Mongolia declared itself nuclear-free territory in 1992 and has been upholding its status, which is a part of its contribution of global peace and security.” While addressing at the UNGA, Prime Minister U.Khurelsukh announced Mongolia’s initiative to host an international conference on ‘Religious Freedom’ next year as a country that connects North Eastern Asia and Central Asia.
