Crown Prince Sultan in good health, says Prince Naif in Okaz

Prince Naif said, "I would like to emphasize that the Kingdom has
been distinguished in the way of dealing with terrorism and aborting
its plans more than any state. This has been recognized by the
concerned parties in the world and several statements have been
issued by the world leaderships regarding the Kingdom's capability.
It has become known to the relevant security bodies in various
countries of the world that the Kingdom has been in the forefront of
countries capable of strongly confronting terrorism and aborting its
plans".


Prince Naif added, "Thank God that global arenas have demanded from
the Kingdom to send men to benefit from their expertise in
counter-terrorism. We are pleased and our country is honored that it
has been dependent on the ability of a Saudi citizen affiliated with
the security apparatus dealing with scientific methods on a very high
level. I like to emphasize that this effort stems from Saudi
citizens and there is no assistance from any other parties in this
area. But we are cooperating with the countries of the world on equal
terms in accordance with the common interests against terrorism. It
is honorable that they benefit from the plans, methods and techniques
for rehabilitating arrested terrorists and bringing them back to the
right as far as possible. We thank God, we have achieved success on
the ground and in reality. "


Commenting on the experience of the Ministry of the Interior in the
Guidance of detainees belonging to the deviant group and some
downplayed its success following the setback in the wake of 11 Saudis
who have been extradited from Guantanamo resorting again to Al-Jihad
Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, Prince Naif said, "No, No, never.
Guidance has been achieved in detention places. Programs of Care,
which have been done to those individuals whose terms of sentences
finished, have given positive results. It is natural that in every
action, there should be abnormal persons, but matters are measured by
the largest percentage and successes achieved by the Guidance and
Programs of Care , which have been very large. As for abnormality of
certain persons and their return to this area, it is something that
occurs in every aspect of life.
