Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques patronizes Saudi "Ardha" party

Riyadh, March 10, SPA -- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King
Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud patronized the Saudi Men Dance
(Al-Ardha) party, hosted by the National Guard within the 24th
National Festival for Heritage and Culture in Al-Janadriya, this
evening.

Upon arrival at the Athletics Closed Gallery, the monarch was
received by Prince Badr bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Commander of the
National Guard and Chairman of the festival's Supreme Steering
Committee; Prince General Mit'eb bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz,
Assistant Deputy Commander of the National Guard for Military Affairs
and Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Steering Committee; and Prince
Sultan bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, General President of Youth Welfare.

Then before the start of the dance, a number of princes and officials
greeted the King.

Then the monarch and other princes took part in the Ardha party.

After that, the monarch toured a photo collection exhibition on the
history of the Saudi Ardha. The 170-photo displays the phases of
Ardha development since the days of late King Abdulaziz to the
current era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah
bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. In addition to that, part of the exhibition
includes photographs of Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,
Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector
General.

The collection's exhibitor and author Adnan Al-Tareef, presented a
gift to the King.

Then the King graced a dinner party held in his honor by the Supreme
Steering Committee of Al-Janadriya festival.

The events were attended by Prince Fahd bin Mohammed bin Abdulaziz;
Prince Mit'eb bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs;
Prince Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al Saud; Prince Abdul-Ilah
bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the King; Prince Ahmed bin Abdulaziz,
Deputy Minister of Interior; Prince Miqren bin Abdulaziz, Chief of
General Intelligence; other princes and senior officials.
