Kyrgyz PM meets with Georgian President in Tbilisi

Tbilisi, July 18, 2018 / Kabar /. Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Mukhammedkaliy Abylgaziev met on Tuesday in Tbilisi with Georgian President Georgi Margvelashvili.
The head of government conveyed greetings on behalf of President Sooronbay Jeenbekov to the Georgian President and noted that the Kyrgyz side attaches great importance to further deepening of bilateral relations.
He said that during his visit to Georgia he could hold a number of productive meetings, including with Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze, and also to study the experience of reforming a number of structures, having familiarized with the activities of the ministries and departments of the country.
Abylgaziev stressed that the Kyrgyz side is interested in a detailed study of Georgia's experience in building effective work of state bodies.
President Margelashvili expressed support for Kyrgyzstan's participation in discussions on building an open and effective government.
He also noted that he fully supports the continuation of projects in the framework of regional cooperation of the countries.
Following the fruitful dialogue, the Prime Minister invited the Georgian President to participate in the opening of the Third World Nomad Games in September this year.
Prime Minister Mukhammedkal Abylgaziev arrived in Tbilisi to attend the summit of the International Initiative of the Open Government Partnership.
