FOREIGN MINISTER MEETS QATARI STATE MINISTER FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Minister of Foreign Affairs D.Tsogtbaatar received Qatar’s State Minister for Foreign Affairs Soltan bin Saad Al-Muraikhi on July 2. Minister D.Tsogtbaatar expressed satisfaction at intensifying bilateral relations. Afterwards, the sides exchanged views on bilateral relations and multilateral cooperation areas of mutual interest. Qatar’s State Minister mentioned that this year is marking the 20th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Qatar. He also noted that there are wide potentials to expand Mongolia-Qatar relations on the basis of mutual understanding and partnership. State Minister Soltan bin Saad Al-Muraikhi highlighted an importance of establishing consultative mechanism between Foreign Ministries of Mongolia and Qatar and discussing all directions of cooperation. While his stay in Mongolia, State Minister Soltan bin Saad Al-Muraikhi will attended the Asian Ministerial Conference of Disaster Risk Reduction, leading a delegation of Qatar. E.Altanzul
